Privacy Policy

Our Approach to Your Privacy
We write about the risks AI poses to privacy almost every week, so treating yours carelessly would make us hypocrites. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language. Where a specific term is required, we include it, but we would rather you understand this than be impressed by it.
Who We Are
Fevonet is an AI tools and intelligence platform operated as part of Fesonet. For any privacy question, you can reach us through our contact page, and a real person will answer.
What We Collect
We collect two kinds of information, and no more than we need.
- Information you give us. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you contact us, we keep what you send so we can reply.
- Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we gather basic technical data on each visit, such as your browser, device, approximate location, and the pages you view.
How We Use It
We use this to send the newsletter you asked for, answer your messages, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and keep the site secure. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use them for two things.
- Analytics. Google Analytics helps us see which pages people read and where visitors come from. This data is aggregated, not used to identify you personally.
- Advertising. Fevonet plans to display ads through Google AdSense. Once active, third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through your Google Ads Settings, and you can control or clear cookies through your browser at any time.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We share data only with the service providers that keep the site running, such as our analytics and email tools, and only so they can do that job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your Rights
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, just contact us and we will respond.
Data Retention and Security
We keep your information only as long as we need it, then delete it. We take reasonable steps to protect it, though no online service can promise absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Fevonet is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to This Policy
This policy will change as the site grows, especially once advertising goes live. When it does, we will update the date above and note anything significant.
